Hi! My name is Stacey Valbrun, and I am 15 years old. I am Haitian and live in Mattapan. I attend Mattapan Tech to expand my technology skills, and this is my first time creating a website. It is also my first real job, and I am grateful to have this opportunity because many people do not get the chance to work during the summer. I am going into my sophomore year of high school, and I am looking forward to learning new things and continuing to grow.
This summer, I hope to share my expirence to others to show the skills i have acquired. Three things I enjoy are food, making money, and being with my friends. I also attend Jubilee Christian Church in Mattapan. Although living in Mattapan has its ups and downs, I enjoy being part of the community. That's why I think promoting small businesses in Mattapan is such a great project—it helps local businesses grow and encourages more people to support our neighborhood.
