About Us

The BCYF Mildred Avenue Community Center is dedicated to serving the Mattapan community by providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space where people of all ages can learn, grow, and connect. Our center offers a wide variety of programs and services, including youth and teen activities, after-school programs, sports, fitness and wellness classes, swimming, dance, arts and crafts, leadership development, and community events. With facilities such as a gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, dance studio, theater, and community meeting spaces, we create opportunities for recreation, education, and personal growth. Our mission is to strengthen the community by promoting healthy lifestyles, lifelong learning, and meaningful connections while empowering individuals and families to reach their full potential.
